Industrial Process Gas

Ro-Flo's pass through lubrication and quality components have made it the industry standard for difficult to manage, corrosive industrial process gas streams.  Typically, Heavy Duty Engine Oil of proper viscosity is all that is required as a lubricant.  Injecting the correct amount of the recommended lube has proven to be the key to successful operation resulting in excellent corrosion resistance, blade and bearing life.  Ro-Flo's lube system does not require expensive "compressor" oils.  The lube oil that is injected into the compressor is typically coalesced and removed from the process downstream.

Ro-Flo's pass through lube system has successfully handled gas streams containing butanes, propanes, butadienes and toluenes.  The optional John Crane double bellows seal, with positive pressurization, is often chosen as an extra measure of protection when handling difficult streams.
